Return policy

At EnrichPaws™, we want you and your dog to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains returns, refunds, and product-specific warranty coverage.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in good condition, clean, and include proof of purchase. Original packaging should be included when available.

Contact us before sending anything back so we can approve the return and provide instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a short description, and clear photos or video. After review, we may provide a replacement, full refund, or partial refund. When the issue is our error or an approved defect, we will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is required.

Lick & Play Bowl 3-year warranty

The Lick & Play Bowl includes a 3-year limited warranty for eligible manufacturing or material defects under normal intended, supervised use. This warranty is separate from the 30-day return window.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, misuse, accidents, improper care, or chewing beyond the product’s intended use. Compatible removable replacement parts may also be ordered separately.

Items returned after the applicable return period without approved warranty coverage
Digital products that have already been delivered, except where required by law

Return shipping

For approved returns that are not caused by a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or confirmed by us in writing.

Refund timing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel an order only before it has been processed for shipment. After dispatch, the order may still qualify for return under this policy.
