Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Products marked Pre-order have a separate dispatch estimate shown on the product page. The current estimate for the Lick & Play Bowl is approximately 2 weeks before shipment.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will email the available tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within a few business days after the dispatch notice, contact us.
30-day delivery guarantee
If your package has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, contact us. After reviewing the shipment, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to redirect it, and we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
