You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in good condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by chewing beyond the intended use of the product.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.
For returns requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for a return under this policy.
